Key qualifications include Series 7/66 and insurance licenses, with CFP/CEP encouraged. The role supports onsite work as Fidelity transitions to more in-office operations, with travel up to 25% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• CFP designation encouraged.
• CEP designation encouraged.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
• Insurance license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning and guidance to Fidelity’s executive clients.
• Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with Workplace benefit plan executives.
• Refer higher asset cases to senior consultants when needed.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors and Benefits Planning teams to deliver seamless service.
• Deliver comprehensive wealth planning including college funding and retirement planning.
