Job summary

ANSER is seeking a Senior Coordination and Liaison Analyst to support the BOND program at the Pentagon. The role requires full-time, on-site support Monday through Friday with occasional schedule adjustments.

You will coordinate executive-level engagements with DoW and OSW leadership and industry executives, manage briefing materials, and ensure records are maintained in accordance with DoW standards.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance at hire; ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree or 17+ years of professional experience.
• Experience coordinating executive-level meetings and materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison among BOND execution teams and leadership.
• Coordinate executive meetings, engagements, and materials.
• Provide high-touch executive support to senior leaders.
• Prepare correspondence and briefing packages.
• Track actions and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Maintain program records and SharePoint content.
