Job summary

The role involves coordinating flagship events such as Cloud Next, developing executive materials, and managing day-to-day operations across multiple accounts while collaborating with sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Strategic Customer Engagement within an enterprise technology or cloud environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and senior stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Drive Executive Sponsorship Matching: 1:1 matching between enterprise customers and Google Cloud executives with account engagement plans.
• Manage Flagship Event Activations: plan and execute tier-1 executive engagements (e.g., Cloud Next) with on-site logistics.
• Lead Speaker Network & Training: coordinate speaker enablement and training for customer briefings and engagements.
• Develop Executive Assets: create executive presentations, briefing materials, and collateral for sponsors and speakers.
• Maintain Operations & Quality Oversight: manage day-to-day program ops across ~14 active accounts and many executives.
• Stakeholder Management: bridge between executive leadership and sales to translate goals into engagement strategies.
