Job summary

Fort Worth ISD seeks a Senior Executive Director to provide senior technical leadership and governance for Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and IT Support Services across the district. The role ensures secure, reliable technology that supports teaching, learning, and operations while aligning with enterprise strategy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity, data governance, and E-Rate programs.
• K-12 education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technology leadership for cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and IT support services.
• Oversee budgets, vendor management, and technology procurement.
• Develop and execute district technology strategy and roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws and regulations.
• Foster a Service Leadership culture and mentor staff.
