Job summary

Fort Worth ISD is seeking a Director of IT Support to lead the IT Support and Campus Support teams, ensuring high priority customer service and reliable end-user IT services. The role reports to the Senior Executive Director of Cybersecurity and guides strategy, budgeting, and performance management across the department.

The position requires strong ITIL/ITSM expertise, 7–9 years in IT service roles, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Accredited High School diploma, GED, or Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certification/License: ITIL certification preferred.
• Experience: 7–9 years in IT service management; Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Help Desk and Campus Support teams to deliver end-user IT service delivery.
• Oversees daily operations; establishes performance expectations and service standards.
• Develops and communicates SLAs; drives continuous improvement to exceed SLAs.
