Job summary

Lambda is hiring a Communications Manager to shape the executives' voice and public profile, creating repeatable systems as the company scales. You will craft talking points, speeches, long-form pieces, and social content while coordinating with leaders and reporters to secure profiles and interviews.

You will build message frameworks, tracks, and playbooks, and manage agency relationships as part of a hypergrowth startup in AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in communications, including in-house experience at a hypergrowth start-up.
• Built out and managed executive communications playbooks for multiple leaders.
• Strong media relationships with a track record of placements.
• Knowledge of AI space, especially AI infrastructure.
• Excellent writing skills, including ghostwriting for executives.
• Collaborates effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the external agenda for leadership team members and run the program behind it.
• Write talking points, keynotes, long-form pieces, social posts, and more.
• Pitch and place executive interviews, profiles, and speaking opportunities.
• Build relationships with reporters and analysts covering AI infrastructure.
• Develop systems behind the program: message frameworks, talk tracks, etc.
• Manage agency relationships.
