Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a strong Senior Executive Chef to lead a high-volume culinary operation in Macon, GA, with relocation assistance. The role requires leadership, culinary excellence, and cost management to deliver high-quality patient and café dining experiences.

You will manage the culinary team, oversee menus, purchasing, inventory, and food safety, and collaborate with retail, dining, catering, and events to raise standards and achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume healthcare foodservice operations.
• Strong people leadership and team development.
• Experience with food cost, purchasing, inventory, and production.
• Culinary degree preferred; ServSafe preferred.
• Healthcare or contract foodservice experience is a plus.
