About This Role

Reporting to CIO, Julie Averill, the Senior Executive Assistant will support the Chief Information Officer, a member of our Senior Leadership Team. This role is vital for the success of the Technology organization, supporting a high-energy, fast-paced team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, organizing travel, coordinating meetings and agendas, handling correspondence, and acting as a liaison between executives, cross-functional teams, and external contacts. The role often involves handling highly confidential and strategic information.

A Day In The Life
  • Manage CIO’s calendars, emails, and contacts
  • Maintain highly confidential information appropriately
  • Establish work priorities and assign tasks within scope of authority
  • Coordinate meetings, materials, technology, and refreshments
  • Organize complex international travel with detailed itineraries
  • Support strategic planning and departmental initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding new leadership team members
  • Communicate on behalf of the CIO, including external communications
  • Prepare briefing notes and meeting minutes
  • Participate in committees or project teams as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Support department events and town halls
  • Provide occasional personal assistance
Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of senior executive support experience
  • Excellent business acumen, initiative, tact, and judgment
  • Strong communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with a publicly traded company

Authorization to work in the USA is required.

Compensation & Benefits

The typical salary range is from $81,100 - $106,500 annually, based on location and experience. Benefits include health and dental, mental health plans, paid time off, retirement matching, employee discounts, wellness programs, development courses, and more. Eligibility for some benefits depends on specific criteria.

Workplace Arrangement

In-person collaboration is valued; work is performed onsite a minimum of 4 days per week.
