Provides integrated support across clinical operations, quality and safety initiatives, medical/nursing staff governance, and executive communications. This role ensures alignment and coordination between physician and nursing leadership priorities. Must be able to represent both executives credibly across medical staff, nursing, administrative, and Board audiences.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nursing Officer and play an integral role in supporting clinical and nursing leadership priorities across the organization. In this highly visible position, you will partner with physician, nursing, administrative, and executive leaders to coordinate executive priorities, leadership meetings and committees, communications, briefing and Board materials, and follow-through on key initiatives. The role will also support the coordination and tracking of strategic priorities, quality and patient safety initiatives, regulatory readiness activities, and organizational goals, helping ensure important actions and decisions move forward.
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized professional who can anticipate the needs of executive leadership, manage complex calendars and competing priorities, build strong relationships across the organization, and handle sensitive or high-stakes information with discretion. Experience supporting senior leadership within a complex healthcare environment and familiarity with medical staff or nursing governance, quality and patient safety, and/or regulatory activities is preferred.
