Role Responsibilities
  • Manage complex, shifting calendars, meetings, and domestic/international travel arrangements for the CEO and Executive Chairman of the Board, exercising independent judgment to resolve scheduling conflicts, competing priorities, and potential logistical issues before they impact the executives.

  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and Executive Chairman, proactively identify and resolve scheduling, logistical, and communication issues, and respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to requests.

  • Prepare, coordinate, and manage materials for Board meetings, executive committee meetings, and other high-stakes engagements, including agendas, minutes, action-item follow-up, and polished Google/PowerPoint decks and materials for company-wide Standups and leadership meetings.

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, Executive Chairman, Board, internal leadership, clients, investors, and external partners, representing executive leadership with professionalism, discretion, and composure.

  • Lead and coordinate special projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO and Executive Chairman, tracking progress and ensuring timely and accurate completion.
