Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders (VP level or above).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience creating high-quality executive presentations and meeting materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain North America (SVP GSC NAM). This role will also provide support to at least one Vice President and serve as a trusted partner in managing daily operations, communications, and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP GSC NAM and assigned Vice President(s).
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and executive commitments across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring efficient and cost-effective travel logistics and accommodations.
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage and prioritize communications, correspondence, and requests on behalf of executive leadership.
  • Compile, analyze, and organize information for reports, presentations, and executive communications.
  • Create and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations, charts, graphs, and other presentation materials.
  • Coordinate and support special projects, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Handle highly confidential, sensitive, and business-critical information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exercise sound judgment, anticipate needs, and proactively identify solutions to support executive effectiveness.

Qualifications

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
