A leading University in Missouri is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to the Dean of the College of Education and Human Development. The role involves managing schedules, organizing travel, and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the office runs efficiently. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have significant administrative experience.

The Senior Executive Assistant to College of Education and Human Development Dean provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the Dean's productivity and efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Manage the Dean's daily schedule, prioritize meetings, and ensure timely attendance by confirming and reminding participants via email and/or phone.
* Assist the Dean in meeting deadlines by using reminders, checklists, and follow-ups on action items.
* Brief the Dean on upcoming campus meetings, providing background information, attendee bios, agendas, and logistical details.
* Organize the Dean's travel for alumni/development activities, conferences and meetings; considering time zones, customs, and providing detailed itineraries.
* Serve as a liaison with departments under the Dean's direct oversight to ensure the smooth and efficient operation.
* Plan and coordinate logistics for recurring events (e.g. leadership meetings, college wide meetings, spring annual awards banquet, & fall picnic).
* Prepare meeting agendas, materials and arrange meetings with appropriate parties.
* Take and distribute minutes for meetings chaired by the Dean.
* Handle purchases for the Dean and leadership (if needed) to include travel and office supplies.
* Assist with the Promotion and Tenure process.
* Perform additional tasks as assigned.
M-F; 8am - 5pm
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000 annually
Grade:GGS-10
