Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an Exchange Network Administrator SME to manage secure network operations for the NCIS. This hybrid role is based in Quantico, VA, with significant on-site presence to ensure mission-critical network availability and security compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining Exchange Server environments, implementing security controls, and providing on-site Tier 3 support across unclassified and classified networks. A DoD background and Top Secret/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, SSCP).
• Minimum 5 years of Microsoft Exchange Server administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains computer systems in networked or stand-alone configurations; upgrades systems as required.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement network/system security measures to protect data and hardware.
• Provide documentation and automation scripts to support operations.
• Administer Exchange Server infrastructures on NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments.
• Perform on-site Tier 3 MS Exchange support for unclassified and classified networks.
