Job summary

Polikov Recruitment Solutions in the Atlanta area is seeking a Chief Claim Specialist to manage high-severity Excess/Umbrella and complex liability claims within a hybrid in-house role. You’ll steer major case claims across product liability, transportation, premises, and construction defects.

Candidates should hold a JD, excel in litigation management, policy analysis, and effective negotiation. Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote) and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• JD required and experience in litigation management and complex liability/coverage analysis.
• Ability to interpret policies, identify coverage issues, and navigate state statutes and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong negotiation and settlement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-severity Excess/Umbrella and Complex Liability claims across multiple lines.
• Drive results through litigation strategy, policy analysis, and resolution of large, high-stakes claims.
• Interpret policies and identify coverage issues, navigating state statutes and regulatory frameworks.
• Negotiate settlements effectively and collaborate with internal and external counsel.
