Job summary

Aviation Systems Engineering Company in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Training Expert - Electronic Warfare Operator to develop and deliver mission-focused training, including SCORM-compliant courseware, and provide classroom, simulator, and flight instruction to ensure aircrew proficiency and qualification standards are met.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret, 8+ years of P-8A flight experience, and travel up to 35% annually while collaborating

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operational flight experience with 1,000 flight hours in the P-8A.
• Experience as flight instructor or evaluator on the P-8A platform.
• Familiarity with Instructional Systems Design principles and the ADDIE process.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update SCORM-compliant training products (IMI, CBT, ICW Levels 1-2).
• Deliver classroom, simulator, and flight instruction to train aircrew.
• Design and produce presentations, training scenarios, and performance assessments.
• Apply ISD methodologies, including ADDIE, to develop engaging learning experiences.
• Evaluate student performance through formal assessments and flight evaluations.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of training materials for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SMEs, ISDs, and stakeholders to refine course content.
• Support and promote safety culture and operational excellence.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends as required.
