Job summary

A. Harold and Associates, LLC is looking for a full-time Maritime P-8A EWO Subject Matter Expert and Courseware Developer at NAS Jacksonville. The role involves reviewing, revising, and maintaining courseware, producing training materials, and ensuring quality in instructional soundness.

Applicants should have two years of experience as a Maritime SME, knowledge of P-8A operational capabilities, and excellent communication skills. The position requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Maritime SME/Courseware Developer within the last seven years.
• Must have knowledge of P-8A operational performance capabilities.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, revises, and maintains aircrew courseware.
• Produces design documents and training materials.
• Ensures quality and technical correctness of lessons.
