Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Engineering Program Manager / SEIT Lead to provide integrated technical and program leadership for a USAF EW LRIP program. Located in Chantilly, VA, you will manage requirements, interfaces, and V&V across a dispersed team of 10–20 engineers.

The role demands strong leadership, extensive systems engineering experience, and the ability to coordinate with PM, manufacturing, and GSC to deliver a producible EW hardware solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM field required.
• Active Secret clearance required to start.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams on DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities per program processes.
• Plan schedules and manage LRIP objectives with cross-functional teams.
• Interface with PM, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
