Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Chantilly, VA, is seeking a Staff Engineering Program Manager (EPM) & SEIT Lead to provide integrated technical and program leadership for a USAF EW LRIP program.

You will plan and execute SE activities, manage the scope within cost and schedule, and lead a remote multi‑discipline team of engineers, interfacing with PM, Manufacturing, Quality, GSC, and the prime contractor to deliver a producible, mission‑critical EW solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related STEM field.
• Active Secret clearance required to start.
• Experience leading multi‑discipline teams on DoD programs.
• Knowledge of RF/EW hardware and LRIP/production contexts.
• Ability to interface with PM, manufacturing, and customer.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute systems engineering per SEMP and program processes.
• Lead SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR reviews and action closure.
• Manage SE work packages within EVMS cost/schedule.
• Define interfaces across RF, digital, mechanical, power, software.
• Interface with customer and prime contractor on status.
