Job summary

Sigma Defense is seeking an Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Engineer to lead end-to-end engineering, integration, and fielding of advanced EW systems for DoD customers. This role requires RF systems expertise, systems engineering, signal processing, hardware integration, and rigorous verification.

The candidate will develop, prototype, test, and field EW capabilities in operational environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-assurance solutions. U.S.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of RF or EW design/integration experience.
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs.
• Strong systems engineering process knowledge.
• Ability to develop technical documentation.
• Experience integrating complex hardware and software systems.
• U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the systems engineering lifecycle from concept to fielding.
• Develop and maintain requirements, ICDs, and verification plans.
• Perform decomposition, allocation, and traceability.
• Design and integrate RF, EA/ES/EP systems.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams.
• Support SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and PRR.
• Develop verification and validation plans.
• Support environmental, EMI/EMC, thermal, and RF testing.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, and customer training.
