Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking an experienced Environmental Services (EVS) Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. This role oversees a unionized team of 20–22 staff, ensures infection prevention, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance across the hospital environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare Environmental Services leadership experience.
• Experience managing EVS operations in an acute care or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership, employee relations, and operational management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI, and other programs as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Union environment, large hospital experience, bachelor's degree, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns operational management and financial performance of EVS in a healthcare environment.
• Coach staff and align goals to deliver service excellence.
• Lead a team of 20–22 employees in a unionized hospital setting.
• Ensure safety, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and sanitation standards.
• Develop and maintain EVS programs meeting hospital and client expectations.
• Partner with hospital leadership to support patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.
