Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Environmental Services Director to oversee hospital housekeeping operations, including floor care, patient room cleaning, trash removal and biohazard waste handling. The role drives service quality, safety, and client satisfaction at a major healthcare site in California.

You will lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health standards while coordinating with clinical staff to meet patient care goals.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3–5 years’ experience and 3 years in a management role.
• Healthcare experience is required for this role.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Leadership - Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching and managing performance.
• Client Relationship - Develop and maintain effective client rapport and communicate progress.
