American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a senior leader to run the dedicated account program team for large corporate meetings in the United States. You will own end-to-end delivery, budgets, and client-facing leadership across multiple programs including flagship conferences.

The role requires 8+ years in large events, proven line management, and advanced Cvent proficiency. A strong forecasting track record and excellent written comms are essential.

Competenze

• Eight or more years delivering large corporate meetings.
• Experience on a dedicated account team operating under a client statement of work.
• Ownership of multimillion dollar program budgets and forecasts.
• Delivery of large conferences with thousands of attendees.
• Advanced Cvent proficiency and client-owned instance administration.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools.
• Executive client presence and the ability to run planning meetings under pressure.
• People leadership developing managers and coordinators.
• Precise written communication for status reports and logs.
• Prefers CMP or CMM; hotel/DMO/production partner experience considered a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead the dedicated account program team across all program phases.
• Own delivery from planning kickoff through onsite execution and close.
• Serve as the client’s primary delivery contact with cadence and status reporting.
• Own program budgets from estimate to reconciliation with forecasts and change control.
• Maintain master timelines and milestones in Smartsheet and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee registration, housing, attendee communications, and data integrity.
• Lead supplier and venue management from sourcing to contract compliance and on-site performance.
• Oversee onsite delivery including staffing, run of show, and issue escalation.
• Maintain program documentation and post-program debriefs for renewals.
