    4. Manage event staffing, speaker coordination, and audience engagement strategies.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
    1. Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and trade show organizers.
    2. Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive teams to ensure events drive measurable business impact.
    3. Lead internal teams through pre-event planning, execution, and post-event follow-ups, ensuring alignment with key objectives.
  3. Operational & Budget Management
    1. Manage event budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
    2. Oversee all logistical aspects, including venue selection, exhibit design, travel coordination, and on-site execution.
    3. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and risk management protocols.
  4. Performance Measurement & Optimization

    2. Conduct post-event reporting, including attendee feedback, pipeline contribution analysis, and recommendations for future improvements.
    3. Drive continuous innovation in event experiences to enhance engagement and return on investment.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
