  • Oversee the development of trade show booths, sponsorships, and marketing activations, ensuring impactful brand presence.
  • Manage event staffing, speaker coordination, and audience engagement strategies.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Leadership
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and trade show organizers.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive teams to ensure events drive measurable business impact.
  • Lead internal teams through pre‑event planning, execution, and post‑event follow‑ups, ensuring alignment with key objectives.

Performance Measurement & Optimization
  • Develop KPIs and success metrics to evaluate event effectiveness and business impact.
  • Conduct post‑event reporting, including attendee feedback, pipeline contribution analysis, and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Drive continuous innovation in event experiences to enhance engagement and return on investment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage complex logistics, and drive alignment across departments.
  • Expertise in budget management, cost optimization, and financial reconciliation.
  • Strong ability to strategically problem‑solve and make real‑time decisions under pressure.
