Job summary

CORT Party Rental is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex tenting and temporary‑structure events from site survey to install and strike in Everett, WA. This highly technical role balances customer requests with safety, buildability, and margin considerations for repeat annual events.

The ideal candidate comes from construction PM, staging/rigging, scaffolding, or live event production and will drive sequencing, feasibility, and on-site leadership across venues and vendors.

Qualifications

• Site surveys, access/egress assessment, and venue rules must be understood.
• Leadership in coordinating install/strike on complex tenting and temporary structures.
• Identify upsell opportunities while protecting margins and ensuring buildable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery meetings and detailed site surveys.
• Recommend tent types and guest flow upgrades based on site conditions.
• Produce or coordinate CAD/Vectorworks/AutoCAD layouts; coordinate engineering as needed.
• Handle permits and compliance documentation for venues.
• Plan pre‑production with operations for labor, equipment, and timelines.
• Coordinate on-site with venues and vendors to align schedules.
• Provide on‑site leadership during installs/strikes and manage safety and quality.
• Coordinate security clearances when required.
