Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Management: primary contact post-contracts and planning meetings.
• Plan & coordinate events, floor plans, and AV/catering.
• Execute events on-site and ensure brand standards.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee billing, contracts, and post-event follow-up.
• Lead weekly BEO meetings and inventory pars.
