Job summary

Pinstripes in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Event Sales Manager to drive event revenue and lead a high-performing team. You will report to the National Director of Sales and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless events from proposal to execution.

You will create innovative sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and mentor Event Sales Managers while maintaining accurate financial records and weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in restaurant or hotel event sales.
• Proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and sell events to exceed sales objectives.
• Create sales initiatives to consistently exceed KPI standards.
• Build relationships with repeat clients through outreach.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Event Sales Managers.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth event execution.
• Provide timely proposals and site tours.
• Oversee financial reporting and revenue documentation.
