Job summary

Pinstripes in Bethesda, Maryland is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a team of Senior Event Sales Managers and Event Sales Managers. You will own the sales strategy, coach a high-performance team, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced Eatertainment venue.

You will report to the VP of Event Sales & Business Development and collaborate with venue leadership to align sales with operations and guest experiences. This role requires 8+ years in hospitality sales and a proven leadership track.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality event sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Minimum of 3 years directly managing and developing a sales team, ideally including experience managing managers.
• Extensive understanding of the local market and industry trends.
• Proven experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Strong financial and analytical aptitude, with experience owning sales budgets and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the sales strategy, ensuring it is understood and executed.
• Lead and develop a high-performance sales team while creating a fun, engaging environment.
• Own individual sales growth planning for each team member and align with career paths.
• Collaborate on the sales training program, onboarding new hires and supporting recruiting as needed.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with venue leadership and other departments.
