Job summary

REVELxp is seeking an Operations Manager to lead event execution for partner schools/properties and manage warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will recruit, train, and supervise coordinators and crews, oversee performance appraisals, and implement daily closing procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a passion for sports events. Ideal candidates bring management experience, a can-do attitude, and a knowledge of live events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Self-motivation that drives individual results while being a strong team player.
• High energy with a can-do mindset and top results orientation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach various levels of team members.
• Knowledge of sports and on-site events is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary lead for event execution at partner schools/properties.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate Operations Coordinator(s) and hourly Installation Crew.
• Manage hourly employee performance evaluation process.
• Develop and implement a daily closing procedure.
• Coordinate weekly operations meetings and scheduling of hourly staff.
• Lead installation of tents, tables, chairs, AV and other equipment; oversee warehouse operations.
