Job summary

SupportFinity™ is hiring an Assistant Director of Event Operations in Los Angeles, California. This role involves overseeing the Events team, ensuring top-notch guest satisfaction, and upholding service standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in event operations.

As an Assistant Director, you will manage event operations, develop team leadership skills, and ensure excellent service delivery. The position offers a salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 USD along with a competitive health benefits package.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks and facilitate completion.
• Works tactfully and courteously with the general public and customers.
• Analyzes and interprets established policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Fairmont service standards.
• Enhance leadership skills of the event leadership team.
• Ensure effective communication with all Event Department leaders.
• Manage labor in conjunction with Collective Bargaining Agreement guidelines.
