The role requires autonomous leadership, strong vendor management, risk mitigation, and collaboration with portfolio owners, agencies, venues, and internal teams to create memorable experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Extensive experience in event operations, production, or experiential marketing.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and onsite delivery for complex events.
• Translate objectives into executable delivery plans.
• Coordinate with venues, agencies, and production partners.
• Manage budgets and scope for assigned programs.
• Establish readiness milestones and contingency plans.
• Provide guidance to Event Operations staff.
