• 5+ years of event marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ownership of complex third party and field event portfolios.
• Strategic thinker who translates goals into executable plans.
• Exceptional project manager who runs several workstreams at once.

Responsabilités

• Develop event strategies aligned to marketing, sales, and company goals.
• Evaluate event opportunities and present data-backed recommendations.
• Elevate the portfolio with new formats and differentiated sponsorship concepts.
• Lead programs end to end: plan, timeline, budget, logistics, run of show, results.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booth packages, and vendor contracts.
• Manage production partners, agencies, and external vendors.
• Build relationships with organizers and industry partners.
• Create templates and playbooks to scale execution.
