3CDC in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Event Marketing Coordinator to raise awareness of our civic space events. You will drive attendance using earned, paid, digital, and outdoor channels, and work with the Marketing and Communications team and activation units to plan annual budgets and measurable results.
You will lead content creation, manage social media engagement during events, coordinate sponsor recognition, and produce analytics reports.
The Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC) is a tax-exempt nonprofit focused on revitalizing Cincinnati’s urban core, particularly the Central Business District and Over-the-Rhine. Partnering with the City of Cincinnati and the corporate community, 3CDC works to create a vibrant downtown through development, programming, and district management, supported by a team of roughly 140 full-time and 180 part-time staff.
At 3CDC, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your contributions make a tangible impact on the community. This role offers meaningful industry experience, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to be part of a team dedicated to strengthening and energizing Cincinnati’s urban core.
The Senior Event Marketing Coordinator drives awareness of and attendance to 3CDC-produced events in our civic spaces. Increasing awareness of 3CDC’s role as the producer of these events is integral to this position in addition to recognizing sponsors of each event. Using earned media, paid media, trade media, digital and social media, print materials and outdoor signage within our own spaces (LED board, garages, civic spaces), the Senior Event Marketing Coordinator will work with the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, and the Civic and Commercial Activation team to create annual marketing plans and budgets with measurable results. The Senior Event Marketing Coordinator will be expected to be a leader in event marketing efforts, work in lock-step with the
events and operations teams, develop and implement plans within budget, initiate budget conversations and address needs for photography, videography, and social media engagement to drive awareness of attendance of events.
This job description is not intended to be all inclusive. The employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by their immediate supervisor and other management as required.
