Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients at all times, ensuring a successful experience for the planner and attendees to garner repeat and referral business.
  • Respond promptly, professionally, and clearly to all internal and external communications, representing Concord Hospitality effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Participate in internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, planning, client site visits, tasting panels, pre- and post-event meetings, networking, and other customer-centric activities.
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of events, including room blocks, meeting space, concessions, group history, reports, key dates, contract clauses, group resumes, event orders, billing, and other details.
