Job summary

Brady Intelligent Productivity Solutions (IPS) in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead global marketing events, including industry trade shows and partner conferences. You will report to the Senior Director, Global Marketing and work on a hybrid schedule.

You will coordinate event strategy, logistics, and promotions, align events with marketing goals, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a marketing or corporate environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools (such as Cvent), with deep knowledge of event logistics and vendor management.
  • Expertise in developing and executing event strategies that align with business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors to optimize event costs.

What We Need:

As a Senior Event Manager here at Brady Corporation Intelligent Productivity Solutions (IPS), you will assume a global leadership role in orchestrating impactful events that elevate our brand and engage our audience.

You will report directly to our Senior Director, Global Marketing and you will work out of our Fort Mill, SC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact our marketing success by ensuring flawless event logistics and curating unique and compelling experiences for both industry trade shows as well as annual partner conferences. Your strategic alignment of events with marketing goals will enhance brand recognition, strengthen customer relationships, and drive our marketing achievements.

What You'll Be Doing:
