Job summary

Con Edison is seeking a Senior Specialist for EV Program Strategy & Performance Analytics to drive near-term EV strategy, track performance and develop analytics tools. You will partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure clean transportation goals are met.

Responsibilities include building forecasting models, defining metrics, monitoring market trends, and delivering data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data into business insights and effectively communicate information in oral and written deliverables, required.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work comfortably in a dynamic environment, required.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project, required.
• Ability to make decisions in real time under pressure, required.
• Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new skills, required.
• One year of specific experience in utility EV programs, including work with utility EV program strategy, forecasting, and reporting, preferred.
• Strong presentation and writing skills, preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, analyze, and solve complex strategic and tactical opportunities, preferred.
• Proven experience developing analytical tools using techniques that may include statistics, predictive models, and/or machine learning, preferred.
• Knowledge of electric vehicles and/or clean energy programs and technologies, preferred.
• Knowledge of national and New York State clean energy policy, preferred.
• Experience analyzing or managing program performance and/or pipelines, preferred.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail, preferred.
• Experience working with diverse teams to align stakeholders around business solutions and coach stakeholders through implementation to drive business results, preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Specialist for EV Program Strategy & Performance Analytics supports the planning, development, execution, tracking and monitoring of the EV near-term strategy and ensures clean transportation goals are met.
• Develops and owns analytics tools, program tracking and optimization, incorporating market intelligence and partnerships with staff and external stakeholders.
• Work with EV teams to develop, prioritize, and implement strategic initiatives and define metrics to track performance and market intelligence.
