Job summary

Stellantis is looking for a Senior Electrified Powertrain Controls Engineer in Auburn, Alabama. You will develop advanced control systems for electrified propulsion across EV, BEV, and hybrid vehicle programs. This role requires strong technical leadership and experience in system-level thinking.

Responsibilities include designing control strategies, leading verification activities, and contributing to process improvements. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 5 years of experience in controls engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in controls/software engineering.
• Proven experience in modeling, validation, and calibration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze high-level vehicle and system requirements and derive control strategies.
• Design, implement, and validate control algorithms for electrified powertrain systems.
• Lead MIL, SIL, and HIL verification and validation activities.
