Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in vehicle-related environmental protection work.
• Ability to independently complete or organize material selection, testing, certification, and declarations.
• Familiarity with government environmental protection management processes and third-party testing resources.
• Prior work experience with a major automaker.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze environmental regulations related to EVs and develop internal compliance protocols.
• Design, manage, and maintain the company’s environmental compliance management system.
• Provide expert recommendations on material selection focusing on sustainability and recyclability; oversee testing and audits.
• Maintain documentation of compliance efforts, including certification records and sustainability metrics.
• Ensure all materials and processes meet RoHS, REACH and third-party certifications; support battery disposal and recycling mandates.
• Lead internal training programs to educate teams on EV environmental protection standards.
