Job summary

Intuitive Surgical in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks an Environmental Compliance Program Manager to lead the Environmental Management System, drive regulatory programs for regulated materials, batteries, and packaging, and deliver compliant reports for cross‑functional teams.

You will partner with regional regulatory, product operations, and supply chain teams to ensure conformance with RoHS, WEEE, REACH, Prop 65, and related directives, while continually improving processes and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of product compliance regulations in regulated industry.
• Experience with SAP and Agile PLM.
• Experience analyzing compliance data to verify accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage environmental compliance programs and EMS.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional regulatory teams and product operations.
• Drive conformance to regulations such as RoHS, WEEE, REACH, Prop 65.
• Support documentation and defensible compliance packages.
