Qualifications

• 3+ years of technician experience in franchised dealership or European aftermarket shop.
• Strong diagnostic background essential for the role.
• Land Rover/Jaguar or European brand experience strongly preferred.
• Solid command of European vehicle systems—electrical, CAN bus, ADAS.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, efficient diagnosis on Land Rover vehicles using JLR platforms and OEM tools.
• Execute line repairs to manufacturer specifications with speed and accuracy.
• Document findings, repair procedures, and parts used on every repair order.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to service advisors for accurate guest communication.
• Collaborate with senior technicians on complex diagnostic cases.
• Stay current on Land Rover service bulletins and software updates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostics and repair quality.
