Job summary

Truist Bank is seeking a leader to drive the engineering, modernization, and lifecycle management of enterprise End User Computing platforms and services. You will translate strategy into executable plans, lead managers and engineers across Windows build, endpoint configuration, vulnerability management, and EUC platform engineering, focusing on automation and code-driven delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related.
Minimum of 7 years of professional infrastructure engineering experience.
Experience managing a technology team in a complex enterprise environment.
Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, storage, and middleware.

Responsibilities

Implements and may help establish short-term tactical and operational plans toward platform goals.
Maintains infrastructure platforms across cloud, network, compute, storage, databases, and platform/middleware.
Enforces strategies, standards, and governance for regulatory compliance.
Manages a team of engineers and ICs delivering reliable infrastructure solutions.
Guides automation, monitoring, and optimization to improve availability and performance.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve standards.
Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues affecting infrastructure performance.
Monitors team performance and provides coaching and development.
Ensures security and risk management policy compliance.
Communicates with upper management to align initiatives with business goals.
Participates in budgeting and resource planning for the infrastructure team.
