Job summary

IT MINDS L.L.C. in Windsor, CT, is seeking an experienced ETL Test Lead to own end-to-end data flows from source systems through data warehouse and reporting layers, and to lead the team in delivery.

You will design data lineage, validate complex transformations, mentor testers, and drive Agile ceremonies while coordinating with stakeholders. Strong SQL, ETL testing, cloud platforms, and BI tooling are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ETL testing and data warehousing projects.
• Ability to lead end-to-end data delivery from source systems to dashboards.
• Strong SQL expertise including complex queries, stored procedures, CTEs, and performance tuning.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data integration projects from requirements to production deployment.
• Define project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocations.
• Document data lineage across Source Systems, Landing/Staging, Transform, and Reporting layers.
• Analyze and validate business rules and transformations across multiple layers.
• Create source-to-target mappings and data validation strategies.
• Lead ETL testing teams, data reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
• Mentor team members on SQL, ETL testing, and data validation techniques.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management activities.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
