Qualifications

• 8+ years of ETL/BI data engineering experience.
• Experience leading ETL/SQL teams and agile delivery.
• Strong SQL with complex queries and data validation.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data integration projects from requirements to deployment.
• Define plans, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Document data lineage across layers and validate data flow to dashboards.
• Mentor ETL testing and data validation techniques.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and release management.
• Provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Validate dashboards against source data and ensure data quality.
