Job summary

Mi-Case in Phoenix seeks an experienced ETL SQL Developer to support data integration, transformation, and migration across projects. You will design, develop, and optimize stored procedures and scripts using PL/SQL or T-SQL.

This on-site role requires 8+ years of SQL development, strong problem-solving, and collaboration with analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure scalable data processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SQL development and data integration.
• Experience with ETL processes, data migration, and database performance tuning.
• Familiarity with source control tools and DevOps processes is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand existing codebases and refactor or optimize as needed.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with analysts and data engineers to implement reliable data solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views using PL/SQL or T-SQL.
• Act as an Architect for Data Migration on Licensing Models and document designs and standards.
• Build and maintain complex queries and scripts to support migration, reporting, and integration tasks.
• Analyze legacy data structures and participate in mapping and conversion efforts.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Perform unit testing and support QA with test case creation and defect resolution.
• Monitor and maintain database jobs, schedules, and overall performance.
