Job summary

Publicis Sapient in Mexico City is seeking a Senior ETL Developer to maintain and evolve enterprise financial data pipelines within a regulated environment. You will contribute to modernization efforts, including migrations from Sybase to SQL Server, and provide L2/L3 support across project delivery and production operations.

You will design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, troubleshoot batch loads, and collaborate in a Scrum team with autonomy to own

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of ETL development experience.
• 2–3 years of hands-on Informatica PowerCenter experience (must-have).
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience migrating or refactoring ETL from legacy databases (Sybase → SQL Server).
• Experience with batch processing and file-based integrations.
• Experience with enterprise job schedulers, shell scripting, SFTP, and Git.
• Experience working in regulated data-heavy environments and with remote Agile/Scrum teams.

As a Senior ETL Developer, you will play a key role in maintaining and evolving enterprise financial data pipelines within a regulated, data-intensive environment. You will work across both project delivery and daytime L2/L3 support, ensuring data reliability, optimizing workflows, and contributing to modernization efforts — particularly migrations from legacy Sybase environments to SQL Server.
