Value Innovation Labs Inc. in New York is seeking a Senior ETL Developer to design, build and optimize enterprise ETL workflows using IBM DataStage.

You will develop complex data integration solutions for data warehouses and work closely with QA, DBA, architecture, and development teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years experience with IBM DataStage 11.7.x or higher, strong Linux and Shell Scripting, and hands-on SQL with DB2 and SQL Server, plus Cognos/Tableau.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM DataStage 11.7.x or higher.
Strong Linux and Shell Scripting skills.
Hands-on experience with IBM DB2 and SQL Server.
ETL testing, SIT, UAT, and production support.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or iterative methodologies.
Cognos 11.x and Tableau

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize complex ETL jobs using IBM DataStage.
Build parallel jobs, job sequences, transformations, and data integration workflows.
Troubleshoot production ETL failures and improve job performance.
Develop complex SQL queries and perform data validation and reconciliation.
Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production releases.
Collaborate with QA, DBA, architecture, and application development teams.
