Qualifications

- Experience with Data Quality and Data Governance initiatives.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and leading technical discussions.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and operational best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for critical production ETL applications and data pipelines.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within SLA commitments.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data integration solutions.
- Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed technical designs.
- Collaborate with Information Architecture, Business Analysts, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive BAU enhancements, defect remediation, and production support activities.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to offshore teams.
- Support audit, compliance, data quality, and governance initiatives.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with L1/L2 support, QA, infrastructure, and upstream/downstream partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
- Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained.
- Mentors other software engineers and coach team on CI/CD practices and automating tool stack.
- Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle.
- Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
- Automates manual release activities.
- Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)
