Job summary

G-TECH Services, Inc. seeks a Senior ETL DataStage Developer to support data modernization efforts, design and optimize ETL pipelines, and contribute to data integration, quality, and governance initiatives.

The role requires expertise in IBM DataStage, CP4D, Teradata SQL/BTEQ, and automation with Python. You will collaborate in an Agile, enterprise environment, with flexible/remote options and a focus on data quality and governance.

Qualifications

5+ years of IBM DataStage ETL development experience.
1+ year of IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) experience.
3+ years of Teradata 20 experience with SQL/BTEQ and performance tuning.
5+ years of Unix/Linux scripting experience.
3+ years of advanced SQL development.
Experience with Python automation and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using IBM DataStage.
Support migration of DataStage workloads to IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D).
Develop and maintain Teradata SQL/BTEQ scripts for data integration and reporting.
Create automation solutions using Python, Shell Scripting, and XML.
Ensure data quality and governance through MDM best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve ETL and data integration issues.
Collaborate with architects, analysts, DBAs, and business teams in an Agile environment.
