Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical study.
• 6+ years creating Data Warehouse BI applications including ETL/data mart development, reporting and dashboards.
• Ideal candidate can work across ETL and BI tasks, with Snowflake and Databricks experience.
• 2+ years in child welfare services, juvenile justice or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with users to clarify problems and develop a development plan.
• Translates business requirements into data models and BI solutions.
• Leads data modeling discussions with architects and DBAs.
• Ensures data reconciliation and reporting performance.
• Presents findings to project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Assists with project estimation and budgeting in IT initiatives.
