• 2+ years in Child Welfare Services, Juvenile Justice, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with analysts and programmers to define data requirements and develop BI solutions.
• Design data models and ETL processes aligned to reporting needs and performance goals.
• Facilitate user meetings to clarify problems and present development plans.
• Coordinate with data modelers to translate logical designs into physical schemas.
• Prepare test plans and ensure security requirements are integrated.
• Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.
